Violet, London.   I had a zoom session with Jeanette in December for problems with anxiety. I had been living on autopilot for so long that I had forgotten what it was like to be me. I was daunted and became stressed over the slightest thing and had pretty much become house bound and had lost all confidence in myself. Having the opportunity to have a session by zoom was extremely helpful as I didn’t have to go out and I was in my own familiar surroundings that helped enormously.  Before the session I was quite nervous but Jeanette soon made me feel reassured during our initial consultation which I found allowed me to explain to her all of my fears and worries. I did not feel rushed and felt that she listened to my concerns with tremendous compassion and understanding. I liked the fact that she had previously worked as a nurse and this gave me even more confidence in her ability to help me.  Before my proper session I elected to have a relaxation session. This I found helped tremendously and made me feel less anxious when going into my proper session a month later. It also gave me a sense of what to expect and I think that as a result I was able to feel and respond to the benefits of the session straight away. She has a wonderful way of making you feel at ease and I found her voice to be very calming. During the session I noticed that I felt much calmer and was with Jeanette’s help able to identify the reasons for feeling the way I did. This came as a huge surprise to me, however was also very liberating to finally understand why I had become the way I was.  Instantly following the session I felt incredibly calm and relaxed and at peace with myself. Now a few weeks after my session I feel that I have experienced something truly amazing and have started to regain my confidence. Overall my anxiety has reduced significantly and it seems to be getting better each and every day. I have been able to do things that I haven’t done in years and I’m starting to get enjoyment out of the smallest of things. I’m now thinking about my future in a really positive way and rather than feel daunted by the future I’m feeling really excited.  I can’t thank Jeanette enough and do not hesitate in recommending her. She has a very caring nature and is so easy to talk to that makes you feel at ease straight away.

This was the reason I decided to get in touch with Jeanette as I felt that I needed some help and that I needed help to deal with my issues.  Jeanette made me a recording after our session and I listened to it every day for 2 months. I found Jeanette’s voice so soothing and relaxing and so easy to listen to.
